Shipping Policy

We are only shipping orders within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Hawaiian customers, please call our store number for more information about our Shipping Policy.  Orders will be shipped out on the same business day if order was placed by 3 PM PST. Orders that are placed on a business day after 3 PM PST will shipped out the next business day. Orders that are placed on a weekend will be shipped out the next business day as well. All orders are shipped out with UPS. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales purchases are final sale. If there are discrepancies in the order, then a claim must be filed. We DO NOT REFUND to the customer’s account. If the claim was approved, we will notify you and give you an authorized RMA. NO EXCEPTIONS  . It is at the sales’ discretion, whether or not, to approve the return, after the return period has passed. The merchandise must be in its original condition for approval. If the damage is accepted, then we will replace the damaged piece, if it is still available. Any returns, if applicable, must be made within 3 business days upon receiving the goods, for the continental US and 1 week for all other international customers. Any damages or missing quantities’ claims you are filing, must also follow this rule. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any accepted claims may result in a restocking fee of 3% and it is the buyers’ responsibility to provide as much information about the claim as possible. Additional $25.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
